A 46-year-old male presented to our office complaining of knee and low back pain as a result of a fall at work.

X-rays of the knee revealed an AEx tibia. Spinal x-rays showed a L5 PL-M. The tibia was adjusted in the seated position. L5 was adjusted prone on the HyLo table.

Post-x-rays of the knee revealed correction of the tibia. Patient reported no further knee or low back pain. Patient released.
